La Forniture Industriali srl costituita nel 1989 e’ una societa che opera da allora nel settore delle macchine per la Lavorazione della Lamiera. Essa e’ specializzata nella Progettazione, nella commercializzazione e nella ricambistica di macchinari per la Produzione in Automatico di particolari metallici partendo da Coils o da Piatti/Barre di metallo.
Progettazione: la Forniture Industriali è in grado di progettare Linee Integrate Complete per la Produzione di particolari metallici partendo da coils e da piatti/barre metallici. Le linee comprendono svolgitura e raddrizzatura o carico in linea di piatti/barre, punzonatuta, foratura, scantonatura, imbutitura, bisellatura, profilatura, marcatura, taglio e taglio sagomato meccanico/plasma ad alta definizione/laser, rastramatura, ginocchiatura, curvatura, saldatura in linea a TIG, H.F. e Laser in Co2 o Fibra, lavaggio, asciugatura, sabbiarura, controllo automatico dimensonale del 100% dei pezzi, controllo automatico della presenza fori e delle tolleranze tra i fori fino a 0,2 mm, taglio a misura, scarico ed imilatura automatica dei pezzi. La Forniture Industriali srl e’ specializzata nella lavorazione di acciaio ad alto ed altissimo resistenziale fino a 1700 Mpa, utilizzato in particolare nell’industria automobilistica in questi ultimi anni. Abbiamo iniziato nei primi anni del 2000 con impianti capaci di processare acciao con 900 Mpa per via via salire fino ai 1600 Mpa del 2016. Nella lavorazione da coils i nostri impianti processano spessori da 0,2 a 16 mm. Nella lavorazione piastre da 5 a 100 mm. (barre a ‘T’ fino a 3000 mm di altezza anima)
Commercializzazione: La Forniture Industriali srl si e’ specializzata negli anni anche nella commercializzazione di detti impianti. In particolare nei paesi esteri. Sono settanta circa i paesi dove la Forniture Industriali ha fornito direttamente detti impianti. Dal 1997 nei paesi dell’ex Unione Sovietatica in particolare, vantando in loco contatti e relazioni che hanno permesso di costruire una esperienza specifica se non unica nell’affrontare e superare le difficoltà burocratiche e normative ancora presenti in diversi di questi paesi.
Ricambistica: l’esperienza accumulata dagli inizi degli anni 90 dalla Forniture Industriali srl nella commercializzazione in molti paesi di detti impianti ha poi portato la Forniture Industriali a specializzarsi nella fornitura di ricambi standard e di ricambi speciali anche di macchinari fuori produzione adattando in questo caso i ricambi di nuova generazione in modo da renderli compatibili con gli originali.
Utensileria: La Forniture Industriali srl vanta contratti di agenzia esclusiva per la commercializzazione e fornitura di utensili e materiali di consumo di dette linee. In particolare nel settore delle macchine per lavorazone delle piastre/barre vanta la capacità di fornire, ovunque nel mondo ed a condizioni e prezzi molto competitivi, utensili per detti macchinari. Detti macchinnari forniscono le migliori prestazioni solo con gli utensili forniti dalla Forniture Industriali perché già in fase di produzione i macchinari sono parametrizzati con i parametri di detti utensili.

Design: Forniture Industriali srl is specialized in the engineering and design of Integrated Automatic Production Lines for the production in automatic of metal products starting from metal coils or metal plates/bars. The Integrated Automatic Production lines include decoiling and straightening or plate/bars-loading into the line, punching, drilling, notching, embossing, levelling, roll-forming, marking, cut and shaped-cut mechanical/high-definition plasma/ laser, tapering, knee-bending, curving, welding in line by TIG/H.F./Laser in Co2 or Fiber, washing, drying, sand/shot blasting, automatic dimensional control in line of the 100% of the products, automatic control in line of the holes presence and of the tolerances between the holes up to 0,2 mm, cut-to-length and off-load with automatic stacking. Forniture Industriali srl has gained a specific experience in the processing of high and ultra-high resistance steel up to 1700 Mpa. Materials more and more used in these last year’s and specially in the Automotive Industry. Forniture Industriali srl started in the early 2000ths with Automatic Production Lines capable of processing 900 Mpa steel then increasing gradually until reaching the 1600 Mpa in 2016. Trading: Forniture Industriali srl has in the years gained experience and specialized itself in the trading of the above mentioned Automatic Production Lines supplying these lines in more than 70 countries. From 1997 specially in countries of the ex USSR where it has built up locally a net of contacts and unique partnerships that allowed and allows Forniture Industriali to overcome the specific difficulties and bureaucratic barriers still present in several of these countries.
Spare Parts: the experience gained since the early 90es in the supply of the Automatic Production Lines all over the world has then brought Forniture industriali to experiment and then gain experience in the supply of standard and special spare parts for these machineries. Also for spare parts no more in production by means of suppling new spare parts with the necessary hardware and software upgrade to allow the new parts to work correctly in the older machineries no more in production.
Tooling: Forniture Industriali srl achieved in the years Exclusive Agency Contracts with Tool Producers to supply all over the world tools and tear and wear parts for these machineries. Specially for what concerns the machineries for the processing of plates and bars Forniture Industriali is able to supply tools of the highest quality with very competitive conditions and prices. These machineries moreover achieve their best performances with the tools supplied by Forniture Industriali because already when in production the machineries are parametrized with the parameters of the tools supplied by Forniture industriali.
